BRIDGEWORK

from the old Order to the New

(order: from Latin, arrangement, group, class; akin to Latin ordiri to lay the warp, begin)

I

The old order
is dying. Is dead. Is
beyond all hope & reason.
Look at it.     Small its

wretched corpse. What is there
anyone can do
to save it.          (Let it
go. This is no plea, but

Simple fact. No order,
but what exists. What
we can make of it. The
world, it opens up

at our feet. We are
now
at the beginnings of
our lives.

A New Order. These are the
foundations, the bridges, &
what already exist
as artifacts

of this new discourse. People
talking with people.
Our selves.
